I can't access my cPanel.

You may not be able to access your cPanel if your local connection has blocked the ports necessary for accessing cPanel. cPanel is setup to allow access through a normal http connection by trying to access your cPanel account through:

  1. Logging into your Page Hosting 4U Client Area and clicking on the "cPanel" button next to your domain name under the server login section. You will find two possible ways to access the cPanel - via secure or normal connection. Note that in case your ISP filters the connection and blocks the standard secure cPanel port (2082 or 2083 ), you will have to use the normal connection.
  2. Alternatively, no matter whether you are logged into your Page Hosting 4U Client Area or not, you can access your cPanel directly through:

http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel

or

http://www.yourdomain.com:2083 (for secure connection)

and

http://www.yourdomain.com:2082 (for normal connection)
